“Since relocating to Wyoming County about 25 years we were looking for a new insurance agent since our former agent sold the business and service was less than optimal with new owners. One of my co-workers suggested Long Agency. We called up Long Agency and met Andy Long. Mr. Long went over everything and we arranged a meeting at our home for inspection to set up the details for proper coverage. Mr. Long went through our other policies even though he wasn’t a broker for that company. Mr. Long coordinated everything and we were very happy with the service. Over the past 25 years all of our transactions were quick and accurate like switching vehicles or changing coverage any questions answered all in timely fashion. Recently we had a bad storm and damage to our property and the insurance company was making an effort to deny claim because they could not find the source of what caused the damage. Mr. Long and his staff spent a lot of time fighting for us and the insurance company settled the claim.
